A block of rooms at corporate rates has been reserved at each hotel for AFCI registrants.  Please specify AFCI Block Rate when making your reservations at the hotel.  The block of rooms are released on the dates indicated, therefore you are advised to make your flight and hotel reservations early, following receipt of your confirmation from AFCI.
